How much does a website cost?
It depends on the modules you choose. After a 20-minute call you get a fixed price in writing, before any work starts. The price does not change unless you ask for something new.
How long does it take?
A company website is usually ready in 5 to 10 working days, an online store in 10 to 15. The exact timeline is in the proposal, and throughout you have a link where you can see progress.
Can you rebuild our existing site?
Yes. We start with a free audit to see what works and what does not. Then we improve the site or build a new one, keeping the page addresses so you do not lose your Google rankings.
Who owns the code and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered to your company, and after launch you get access to all of the code. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you do not start over.
What does care include?
Updates and security fixes, regular backups, monitoring that the site is up, and EU hosting. Exactly what is included, and the price, is in the proposal.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We operate as Tin Software Solutions EOOD and issue an invoice for every payment.
Can the store take cards and cash on delivery?
Yes. Our online stores accept card payments and cash on delivery, with shipping connected to the couriers you already use.
Where does our data go when we use AI?
You decide. The company chat can run on a local model on your own server, so documents never leave the business. If you choose a cloud model, we use a provider hosted in the EU, with settings that keep your data out of training.
Do we need to be in the same country?
No. We work online with businesses anywhere, in English or Bulgarian. Calls and reviews happen by video, so location does not matter.
