This page explains what personal data we collect through tinsoftwaresolutions.com, why, and what rights you have.
Who we are
The data controller is Tin Software Solutions EOOD, UIC 208860616, registered in Varna, Bulgaria.

What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: name, email, optionally a phone number and website address, topic, message and the plan you selected.
To protect against abuse we keep your IP address temporarily, for no more than 1 hour.
Cloudflare, which delivers the site, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type in its server logs.
Why, and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and send you a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
To protect the site against spam and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who processes the data
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and delivery of the site), Resend (sending form messages to our mailbox) and Zoho (our email).
Where data is processed outside the European Union, this is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries as long as needed to reply and for any resulting contract, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact. IP addresses kept for abuse protection are deleted automatically within 1 hour.

This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.

You have the right to access, correct, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to object and the right to data portability. To use them, write to hello@tinsoftwaresolutions.com.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), www.cpdp.bg.
